These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Pacer House at pacerhouse.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Pacer House ApS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to your order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
Orders & Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order, your payment will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on pacerhouse.com are stated in EUR or DKK and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing tracking information.
Delivery Times
Denmark: 2–4 working days (after dispatch)
Europe: 3–6 working days (after dispatch)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Denmark: 40–50 DKK
Europe: €12–€20
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and other fees charged by the country of destination.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form on our website or by email at company@pacerhouse.com.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the item(s) must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and labels attached. Where applicable, items should also be returned with their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the item is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund without undue delay.
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new order through our website.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at company@pacerhouse.com and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.
Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately from the statutory right of withdrawal, and you will not be responsible for the cost of returning an item that is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Danish or EU consumer protection legislation.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, you may have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Please contact us at company@pacerhouse.com if you believe there is an issue with your order or product, and we will assist you with the next steps.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at company@pacerhouse.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered our fulfilment process. If the order has already been dispatched, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Returns & Right of Withdrawal section above.
Liability
Pacer House ApS is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content published on pacerhouse.com, including but not limited to photographs, graphics, logos, text, designs and other visual materials, is owned by or licensed to Pacer House ApS and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Privacy Policy
Pacer House ApS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
When you place an order through pacerhouse.com, we collect information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and payment information. We use this information solely to process your order, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, and comply with applicable legal and accounting requirements.
We may share relevant information with trusted service providers, including Shopify, payment providers and shipping companies, where necessary to fulfil your order. We do not sell or use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law.
